    Description


    We are an Employee Benefits Administration Firm currently recruiting to fill an Account Associate position on our Mt Laurel, NJ Administrative Team.

    This position is responsible for providing administrative support and delivering excellent customer service to various benefit plans provided to our client's membership.

    The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative, bookkeeping, data entry, and analysis experience.

    A high performer in this position will have the opportunity for advancement into other positions and grow their career with our Company.

    Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30

    JOB DUTIES/


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Major Responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining and reconciling various databases
    • Gathering requisite information, preparing various reports and presentations
    • Assisting members with benefit inquiries, forms, and problem resolution
    • Working with various employers on benefit contribution matters
    • Audit and follow up on various Benefit Funds transactions
    • Answering member calls and assisting as needed
    • Preparing correspondence and performing other administrative duties as required
    • Assisting other Team members when needed
    JOB REQUIREMENTS (I.E.

    EDUCATION, YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, PARTICULAR SOFTWARE OR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, TRAINING, CERTIFICATIONS, SPECIFIC GPA):


    Qualifications for this Position:

    • Minimum of 3 years administrative, customer service experience. Prior experience with the administration of Health, DB & DC Retirement Plans a plus
    • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
    • Bookkeeping knowledge and experience with performing reconciliations
    • Quick learner with a strong desire to learn the Benefits Administration business
    • Strong customer service skills Must be a team player
    • Ability to multi - task
    • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
    • Minimum of an Associate's Degree
    • Bilingual preferred but not required
