As a Client Advisor with Venus ET Fleur, we'll encourage you to take extra time to understand our customer's needs and provide an extraordinarily one of a kind, customer service experience.

Essentially, you'll be helping us build strong relationships with our customers, while growing your career.

(including but not limited to):Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficient in verbal and written English languageKnowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirementsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and managementTelephone etiquetteAbility to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the businessAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionPhysical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.

May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing laddersCustomer service focusEnthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding serviceAvailable work rotating weekly scheduleHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredRequirements + Qualifications:

Timeliness; reporting to work on time and available rotating retail scheduleAbility to stand for long periods of timeAttention to detailFull open availability on the weekend, plus two days during the week.
