Job summary
The Senior Producer is responsible for working effectively with client and internal teams to deliver event solutions in A/V,design, build, and logistics that drive client results and meet Sparks' financial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Establish program best practices and efficient workflow across teams;
- Serve as project manager leading the team establishing all documentation driving deliverables budget communications;
- Create develop manage communicate project budgets upwards of $1-2M+ meeting goals displaying value to the client track budget costs throughout course of project communicate scope changes affecting budget clearly maintain Sparks standards processes throughout event planning process participate creative development lead communication information flow between internal teams vendors clients ensuring flawless execution quality service timely delivery necessary components properties materials events negotiate contracts agreements third-party vendors contingent talent lead department-wide internal initiatives examples Production Freeway page Table Talks Project Spotlights;
