    Job Description

    We are seeking a Web Developer that is a clearable US Citizen to work on our program. This position is REMOTE

    As a Web Developer You Will

    Provide critical support in protecting our country.
    Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals.

    A Week In The Life Of a Web Developer

    Taking ownership and responsibility for meeting weekly and sprint goals with high quality
    Attend daily standup with development and technical team
    Follow the team's Agile software development process to design, code, unit test stories and bugs for each sprint
    Maintain design documentation of the existing and new functionality
    Use development tools for updating tasks and stories, check-in, and version control
    Review functional requirements and design code functionality to meet those requirements
    Develop responsive modern web application functionality using Angular, Angular/CLI, HTML, CSS
    Ensuring secure code, high performance, and high quality
    Collaborate with other team members to develop and test application functionality
    Participate in design and code reviews, and other peer reviews
    Support Code Demos to the team and our customers

    Job Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
    US Citizenship Required
    2-3 years of developing modern web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, JSON
    Working with modern web frameworks such as Angular, React, others
    Working in n-tier web applications
    Ability to learn and adapt quickly
    Self-Motivated, Self-Started who can take responsibility for their work
    Additional Qualifications would be nice to have
    Experience in developing REST services in Java
    Experience in writing SQL Server T-SQL scripts

    AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $100,000 – 130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
