Job Summary
The Supplier Industrialization Engineer for Seat Structures at Tesla's responsible for developing industrializing complex welded stamped assemblies at global suppliers.Responsibilities:
- Drive supplier readiness across tooling stamping welding assembly validation ensuring robust process capability dimensional control zero-defect launch execution.
- Develop manage qualify supplier manufacturing processes metal seat structure high-strength steel stamping robotic MAG/MIG welding laser welding prototype mass production.
