    Job Title:

    DIRECTOR OF NURSING

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our Musculoskeletal Specialty Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight to improve patient outcomes, enhance quality of care, and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage nursing services, including floors and operating rooms, to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement patient care programs, policies, and procedures to align with organizational goals and standards.
    • Collaborate with physicians, other departments, and stakeholders to achieve seamless workflow and safe patient environments.
    • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to optimize financial performance and meet organizational objectives.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to nursing staff to enhance their skills and competencies.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
    • 5-7 years of experience as a Vice President of Patient Care Services, Chief Nursing Officer, or equivalent position in a hospital setting.
    • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze situations accurately and take effective action.
    • Experienced in managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
    • Skilled in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

    Estimated Salary Range:

    $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
