- Analyze product cost and pricing tables in SAP for accuracy
- Review customer-facing price books
- Facilitate product development and launches
- Address SAP and process issues
- Conduct pricing system audits
- Identify opportunities for pricing function enhancements
- Develop strategic pricing recommendations
- Act as a liaison between dealers and internal departments
- Manage the vehicle order life cycle from placement to delivery
- Create purchase orders, reports, and perform administrative tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Handle new forklift specification changes
- Process credits/debits and review OEM orders
- Analyze mis-built claim requests
- Maintain department databases and KPIs
- Remain alert and work safely
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Required: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a relevant business field
- 3 - 5 years of related experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong background in business, statistics, economics, or finance
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP and knowledge of the Material Handling industry is advantageous
- Previous exposure to incentives or pricing is a bonus

Position Summary:
The Pricing Analyst II will play a crucial role within the pricing team, offering support in coordinating promotional activities, evaluating product discounts, and conducting thorough analysis of product pricing to enhance TMH's pricing strategy. This position involves collaborating with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategic Planning, as well as the Dealer Network. The Pricing Analyst II also holds responsibilities in providing sales support to the dealer network and export distributors. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, capable of building and nurturing relationships quickly, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills.
