    POSITION OVERVIEW
    SteerBridge seeks a

    Digital Services Operations Manager

    to provide management, direction, and administrative support to contact center engineering and services.

    REQUIRED
    Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    Minimum Security Clearance – Secret
    Ability to work on occasion in Elizabethtown, KY, or Monterey, CA.


    EDUCATION
    Minimum high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    3 years of experience in a related role or minimum 5 years of experience in

    Help Desk

    operations with heavy emphasis in customer service.

    3 years of experience in a role that demonstrates experience and knowledge in

    DoD benefits

    and personnel data processes.

    Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, and conflict resolution skills.

    Ability to travel on occasion to either Louisville, KY, or Monterey, CA.


    SKILLS
    Candidates must bring demonstrated skills/experience in:


    Management:
    Managing the day-to-day operations of web services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.


    Compliance and Governance:


    Ensure compliance with relevant military regulations, policies, and directives governing web services operations, maintaining audit readiness and addressing any compliance issues.


    Continuous Improvement:


    Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of web services operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet evolving mission requirements.
