    This position is in Salary Grade CS1, with a minimum salary of $16.71 per hour. The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the salary grade range. This position is eligible for full-time fringe benefits package.

    General Description
    The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the extended campus director.

    This is accomplished by providing customer service through telephone calls, e-mails and individuals coming into the extended campus; preparing course scheduling and change forms, advertising, and instructor materials; registration, proctoring, tracking enrollment, scheduling advisement appointments.

    Other duties include file maintenance; inventory and supply tracking; classroom scheduling; summarizing instructor evaluations; preparing instructor EPAFs, non-credit instructor timesheets and expense vouchers; preparing various reports and compiling data; and other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Education

    One year diploma or certificate is required; Associate degree preferred.


    Qualification:
    Experience

    Requires three years of experience providing administrative support to a busy office, including customer service, proof-reading for accuracy, and computer experience in the use of Microsoft Office.


    Qualification:
    Skills

    Requires the ability to create, manipulate and utilize spreadsheets, word processing programs, and create flyers. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize multiple priorities required.
