We are working with a globally known organization who is looking for a new Engineering Director at one of their most important contracts.

The position involves managing the maintenance and engineering of multiple hospitals and managing up to 80 engineers.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple sites in the San Francisco areaDevelop and implement engineering strategies to support the company's goals and objectivesOversee the design, development, and maintenance of healthcare-related products and systemsWork closely with other departments to ensure that engineering projects are aligned with overall company objectivesCollaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the engineering departmentMonitor and evaluate the performance of engineering staff and provide mentorship and guidance as neededEnsure that engineering projects are completed on time and within budgetStay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare engineering to drive continuous improvement Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership rolePrevious experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferredStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and team leadership abilitiesProven track record of successfully managing multiple engineering projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvementKnowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
