- Current, unencumbered license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- United States Citizenship.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Board Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Family Practice.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Family Practice.
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat diseases, and prescribe medication.
- Provide Family Practice and interventional Family Practice consultative services.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, health histories, and physical examinations.
- Order and evaluate diagnostic tests, recommend treatments or referrals.
- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic systems.
- Participate in clinic appointments, follow-up of labs/imaging/procedures, and consultations.
- Ensure availability for case review with nurse practitioners on service.
