Coach and model service excellence through accurate and high quality picking staging and order validation Respond to customer and associate questions resolve issues and escalate when needed Balance service administrative and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities Use the Orders App to pick stage and fulfill all order types Pickup Install Delivery Same Day / Gig Curbside Partner with the Pro Sales team to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are picked staged Resolve escalated customer issues operational challenges quickly effectively Support inventory accuracy SIMS compliance shrink reduction through audits validation Ensure fulfillment areas remain safe organized compliant conducting daily checks enforcing safety maintenance standards Operate maintain certification powered equipment Forklift Order Picker Narrow Aisle Reach Truck follow safety requirements Assist scheduling coverage communication fulfillment priorities partnering leadership MOD as needed Powered Equipment Certification Counterbalance Forklift Order Picker Narrow Aisle Reach Truck Required must obtained if not already certified May assigned duties support business needs
