+ Essential Functions: Support the Sales Manager Concierge Manager and team by planning coordinating administrative procedures policies systems Devise ways to increase tour flow sales efficiencies while streamline processes that include; tour sale administration payroll Timeshare Sales Contract creation Build Maintain positive working relationship with all associates guests ensure highest level of customer service reinforcing Mission Vision Values company Ensure Administration teams follow all policies procedures completing daily task efficiently correctly projecting personal touch through exemplary customer service Proactively partner collaborate with on-site off-site departments successfully align processes systems or report issues
