    The Institutional Annuities (IA) Client Services & Operations Team is looking for a representative to join our Disbursement Control Team in Jersey City. We are looking for customer- focused, accountable, efficient, and engaged professionals who are devoted to and guided by a commitment to service excellence The candidate will support the administration of several IA businesses with a focus on activities related to participant pension payments and records retention.

    **Primary Responsibilities**

    Utilize reports to analyze, approve, and release daily disbursements of participant level pension payments

    Review and report variances on month end write-off reports

    Research and take appropriate action on un-cashed and returned checks

    Update participant records upon notification of death, determine next steps and, if applicable, handle overpayment recovery

    Review, scan, and index client and contract related documents

    Deposit contributions and reimbursements

    Handle inbound calls and periodically make outbound calls to clients and financial institutions

    **Desired Skills & Experience**

    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel, with the ability to navigate multiple applications

    Strong organizational skills

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Customer service experience

    Ability to work independently while remaining flexible to meet team goals

    Ability to follow established procedures and stay current with internal control procedureS

    **Training & Development**

    Client Service Representatives undergo training to learn about the product, contract provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful
