    Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst

    100% REMOTE

    08+ month contract with Confirmed Extension


    This position is responsible for the administration of monthly, quarterly and annual sales incentive plans and commission payments for the Americas and WW based sales segments.

    This includes partnering with various other departments to establish process, procedures and adequate controls around the collection of data and system feeds that occur in the sales incentive compensation system.

    The person in this position will also be responsible maintaining quota files for primary and secondary participants, and for trouble shooting, providing compensation analysis and sales incentive reporting to finance management.

    During GTM Implementation this role will provide guidance to Sales and Sales Finance and will assist in the setup of quotas and compensation plans.

    This person will also work on special projects such as process improvements, data analysis and presentations, SOX requirements, and report enhancements.

    Key responsibility will be to set up sales compensation, maintain HR information for hires and terminations, issue territory and quota sheets to sales participants as well as ongoing support and communication with the sales participants and managers.

    Skills

    Key skills are excellent analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills. Experience with Callidus (SAP Commissions) or a similar SaaS-based compensation tool is preferred. Anaplan skills are ideal. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work across all levels of the organizations within Juniper. A successful candidate will have effective communication skills, possess a high level of initiative, influence and motivation. Must be experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
