Vision IT is seeking a dynamic Senior Computer Information Assurance Analyst to support a Network Enterprise program in Fort Stewart, GA

Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to) the following:
Provide desk-side touch maintenance for customers, addressing trouble tickets and documenting resolutions in an unclassified environment.
Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing personal computer systems.
Work on moderately complex applications, conferring with end users to determine hardware and software requirements.
Write programs to fulfill requirements or select appropriate off-the-shelf software and modify as needed.
Maintain or utilize telecommunications protocols as necessary.
Install new hardware and maintain existing hardware, ensuring optimal performance.
Train end users in the use of equipment and software.

Required Education, Experience, Clearance and Certification(s):
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
6-10 years of experience in computer information assurance or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in desk-side support and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in planning, designing, and installing personal computer systems.
Strong programming skills and the ability to select and modify off-the-shelf software.
Knowledge of hardware installation and maintenance.
Previous experience in telecommunications protocols is a plus.
IAT Level II Certs per DoD 8570

Relative industry certification example:
CSSP Certification
Proficiency in providing desk-side support and troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of personal computer systems and applications.
Ability to work independently and under general supervision.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with end users and stakeholders.
Familiarity with telecommunications protocols.
Experience in training end users in equipment and software usage.
