    We're on the lookout for kitchen staff to join our team. Whether you're interested in part-time or full-time, we have a place for you.

    Starting pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour.

    Required Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Arrives punctually, well-groomed, and in a tidy uniform for every shift
    • Displays a positive attitude at all times and is ready to lend a hand wherever needed
    • Adheres to all safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines of Beef 'O' Brady's
    • Follows the daily preparation sheet and fulfills all assigned duties
    • Sets up sani-buckets, maintains cleanliness during the shift
    • Adheres to proper food rotation practices and understands labeling procedures
    • Stocks and ensures ample food supplies at various stations for smooth service
    • Strictly follows Beef 'O' Brady's recipes and cooking procedures
    • Practices cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination
    • Completes the daily line checklist independently
    • Can carry out job requirements without constant supervision
    • Capable of using a scale for precise portioning
    • Calibrates thermometers and scales for accurate measurements
    • Follows all HACCP Food Safety guidelines for food product handling
    • Assists in receiving, unloading, dating, and storing delivered goods
    • Collaborates with the team to finish assigned tasks efficiently
    • Disposes of kitchen waste appropriately

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Food Handler Certification (or equivalent state-approved program, if mandatory)
    • Prior kitchen experience is a plus
    • Capable of standing, bending, and lifting/carrying items (up to 60 pounds)
    • Exposure to heat (up to 1000 F degrees or higher)
    • Ability to understand and work with recipes, prep sheets, and charts in English
    • Familiar with measuring ingredients by weight and volume, proficient in using scales
    • Able to operate a slicer for cutting meats and veggies (must be at least 18 years old to handle the slicer)
    • Proficient in using grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment
    • Effective communication skills with managers, kitchen, and front of the house staff
