    Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Pulmonary Transplant / Lung Transplant professional to provide exceptional patient care in Dallas, Texas.

    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled RN with expertise in Pulmonary Transplant / Lung Transplant care to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients, while also fostering an environment that supports learning and mentoring.

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients undergoing minimally invasive video assisted thoracoscopic (VAT) surgeries, esophagectomy, hernia repair and lung transplantation. They will also take care of ENT, abdominal and orthopedic surgeries that require heart monitoring.

    This role involves working with a multi-discipline team, including Nurses, Patient Care Techs, Physical therapists, Respiratory therapists, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
    • Licensed/Certified:
      1. RN – Registered Nurse min 1 year experience.
      2. BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
