Job Summary:
As a Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for completing psychosocial assessments and providing direct treatment through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Essential Functions:
Physical Requirements:
You will work in various patient care settings, including hospital units and emergency rooms, potentially dealing with combative patients. This role involves frequent movement between areas and coordination with different staff members.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Full licensure in NC is mandatory, along with at least 2 years of clinical experience. CPI and CPR training are essential for those working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
