What You Will Get To Do:

• Accountable for the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Includes single-incumbent executive roles.
• Executive leader with responsibility for setting vision and direction, and developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives, for a major strategic division or function of the company.
• Accountable for the achievement of division or functional objectives.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the company, competitive landscape, and technology to make decisions that have significant, long-term impacts on the overall success of the company.
• Exercises significant influence and is highly visible among executives and clients on matters of great importance to the organization.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Business Management or equivalent business experience
• 10+ of Fund Accounting experience, specifically Registered Investments
• Prior management/supervisory experience is required
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Ability to explain and discuss financial information/calculations to different audiences
• Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage activity with respect to tight client deadlines
