Our client is seeking an experienced CFO to join their leadership team The organization has multiple service lines and experience in manufacturing/distribution and retail would all be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities and Strong, collaborative leader who is also willing to roll up the sleeves and dig in.
Strong supervisory and team development skills.

Responsible for all accounting and finance as well as assisting with banking relationships, external audit/tax liaison.20+ years of total related work experience including several years in a leadership position.

CPA preferred.
Prior public accounting experience preferred with several years in private industry in leadership roles (e.g. Controller level and higher).CFO will interface with the Board and should be comfortable clearly communicating financial and non-financial information to Board members and leadership in a well thought out and concise fashion.
