RRTs play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care by assessing patients' breathing and gas exchange. They analyze data from various sources such as blood gas samples, arterial lines, capnography waveforms,
& ventilator graphics.
The RRT will conduct assessments on both pediatric and adult patients to ensure proper ventilation technique has been applied appropriately throughout their stay at the hospital site while taking into consideration factors including but not limited
necessary: age; medical history.
