Spanish/English‑Speaking Customer Service Rep (Call Center)

In‑Office | Pleasant Grove, UT

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Full‑Time, Hourly, onsite

What You'll Do (English + Español)

Take inbound/outbound calls and answer emails from customers & distributors
Solve issues by finding the root cause, researching, and offering clear options
Share product/service info and help complete requests & transactions
Accurately update customer info and document interactions
Follow up and escalate anything that needs extra help

You're a Great Fit If You...

Are fluent in English + Spanish (written & spoken)
Have customer service experience (call center is a plus)
Are friendly, steady under pressure, and love getting to solutions
Can multitask, pay attention to details, and use MS Office + CRM tools
Have direct sales/network marketing experience (preferred)
