We are in search of our next "Magic Maker" at the following location:

    SodexoMAGIC is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist 1 for the Morehouse College account located in the metro Atlanta, GA area.

    With this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan and budget of each fiscal year with the goal of increasing as well and retaining existing market share. This role will be critical for strategic enhancement of University Dining initiatives in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.

    Students today are constantly on the go, expecting healthier dining choices, excellent service and lots of flexibility for where and when they choose to eat. We understand students and meet their ever-changing needs. That is why Sodexo Education is the leading campus dining provider, serving more than 600 higher education campuses throughout the country.

    The successful candidate will:

    • work with managers, clients, the General Manager in all matters relating to marketing, to help establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship; and/or
    • be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all marketing activities throughout the enterprise, through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees.

    • strong marketing background and writing skills;
    • strategic leadership, talent management, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills;
    • strong computer skills, with a preference for experience with Scala;
    • best in class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience;
    • team development skills;
    • client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs;
    • the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload; and / or
    • contract food services experience (preferred).
