The team works 100% on-site, which supports real-time learning and hands-on development.Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, journal entries, working papers, and analyses for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
Manage internal accounting records for commercial development properties and commercial construction projects
Improve accounting processes internally and externally for client partners
Build and customize budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial reports
Communicate directly with clients, investors, tenants, and property managers on a daily basis
Perform accounting system conversions (e.g., QuickBooks/MAS to Yardi)
Support financial planning, reporting, and technology-driven process optimization
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting or audit experience (public and/or private)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
CPA highly preferred
Experience preparing financial statements, supporting schedules, and full close processes
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Motivated, growth-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
