    Established mid-sized General Contractor, specializing in adaptive-reuse multifamily projects, looking to make a strategic hire for a Director of Field Operations to lead, manage, and oversee all field operations throughout MA & CT.

    My client is an established, mid-sized General Contractor & Construction Manager specializing in Multifamily-Residential projects (adaptive reuse, residential rehabilitation, historic renovations, and new construction)

    Description

    The Director of Field Operations would be responsible for:

    • Field Operations Oversight - must be comfortable with travel throughout MA & CT
    • Field Team Development
    • Safety Administration
    • Warranty Management
    • Schedule Administration
    • Reporting Administration

    Profile

    The successful candidate will have:

    • At least 5+ years of previous experience as a Director of Field Operations or General Superintendent
    • Valid MA CSL & OSHA 30 Certification
    • Proficient in Procore
    • RRP/Lead-Safe practices
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Possess a sense of urgency and initiative
    • Must be flexible and willing to adapt to the changing field conditions, personnel and ownership requests

    Job Offer

    The candidate will receive:

    • Competitive base salary of up to $225K
    • 75% Employer-covered health-care & dental
    • 401k plan w/ 100% company match on first 3% contributed plus 50% of the next 2%
