    Sunbelt Staffing is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)to join our team for a fulfilling 13-week contract position in Cambridge, MD. Partnering with a leading nationwide home health agency, this role provides the opportunity to deliver compassionate care to patients within the welcoming community of Cambridge.

    Contract Details:

    • Location: Cambridge, MD
    • Duration: 13 Week Contract (Possibility of extension upon successful completion)
    • Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
    • Company: Sunbelt Staffing
    • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
    • Compensation: Pay is negotiable based on candidate experience and territory budget. Mileage reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, 401k options available. Stipend available for travelers.

    Requirements:

    • Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
    • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
    • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
    • Minimum 2 years of overall Registered Nurse (RN)experience
    • Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase required
    • Reliable transportation
    • Compliance with Joint Commission onboarding upon offer

    Job Duties:

    • Proficiently utilize the Homecare Homebase system for efficient patient documentation and care management.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create customized care plans for individual patients.
    • Deliver skilled nursing care, such as wound care, medication administration, and patient education, in a home health setting.
    • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing necessary support.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and agency policies, maintaining high-quality care delivery.
