    We're seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly to our customers' doors. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you'll be driven to connect every interaction with the latest technology and services. With uncapped commission potential, your career and rewards are within reach.

    You'll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, enjoying autonomy to organize your day and meet customers at their preferred time and place. You'll close deals by offering hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions – keeping customers connected to what matters most.

    To succeed, you'll need:

    • Prior sales experience (ideally in an environment with set targets)
    • A valid driver's license (we provide a company car as a perk)
    • A willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • The ability to utilize required PPE and adhere to safety measures

    We offer a competitive salary range of $43,100 - $51,300, plus up to $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Our top sellers earn an average of $71,029 per year. Your individual starting salary will depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
