    Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, specializes in providing world-class service, repair and re-manufacturing in the areas of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for various industries.

    We are seeking an experienced sales manager to be based on the West Coast. Ideally this position will be based in Central California near a major airport. This is a great opportunity to join our team and help lead a team of outside sales representatives.

    Essential Functions
    • Coordinate sales volume by supporting established sales territories, quotas, and goals.
    • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and production requirements.
    • Direct & coach sales team to achieve goals within region.
    • Weekly participation and active role in Leadership and Team meetings
    • Weekly joint sales calls with sales associates
    • Sales forecasting for assigned region and territories and establish target accounts
    • Coach sales associates to overcome obstacles and problem solve
    • Training sales associates and increasing product knowledge
    • Leadership, Recognition, and Rewarding of sales associates
    • Leads and directs the work of others including hiring, onboarding and performance management
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
    Experience and Education
    • Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, marketing or 2-year technical degree is preferred; OR combination of related education, training, and experience.
    • 5+ years of outside sales experience; with preference given to sales experience within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.
    • 2+ years of experience in a sales management / supervisory role is preferred
    • Fluid Power Certification is preferred, but not required
    • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
    • Position stands 95 to 100% of the workday
    • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
    • Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer proficiency is required
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Overnight travel may be required
