    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of the plant, equipment, and related areas of the concrete plant.

    • Perform basic repair, service, and related work on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment.
    • Ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant through maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment and operating conditions.
    • Operate a front-end loader or fork lift according to requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of daily maintenance and repair activities.

    Requirements

    Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

    Experience: Previous experience operating construction machinery or equipment, including forklifts, pallet loaders, and front-end loaders

    Certifications: Forklift, Loader, Respirator certifications helpful

    Working Conditions: Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, may be extreme hot or cold, requires direct frontal reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing protective safety gear and eye protection.
