    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our marketing operations across multiple platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, and Amplitude. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, thrive in a cross-functional work environment, and bring a deep understanding of marketing technology platforms.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    This pivotal role combines marketing operations with analytic tool experience. The position offers a unique experience to work in a analytics driven start-up paced environment, providing high-capacity leverage to our team, daily marketing operations, and company's marketing process and strategies.

    • Platform Management:
      • Oversee and optimize marketing automation workflows within HubSpot.
      • Collaborate with IT and Sales Ops to ensure lead routing, lead management, and CRM integration functions.
      • Utilize Amplitude for advanced analytics and reporting, creating, and updating tracking plans for accurate measurement.
    • Integration and Collaboration:
      • Implement and maintain seamless integration between HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, and Amplitude.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues to ensure continuous functionality.
    • Customization and Enhancement:
      • Customize and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports within HubSpot and Salesforce.
      • Implement custom fields and objects across platforms to meet specific operational needs.
    • Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
      • Proactively identify and solve technical and operational challenges.
      • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and overall marketing operations.
      • Stay updated on industry best practices and new features within the platforms to drive innovation.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Candidates must bring a minimum of 3-5+ years of core experience in a prior Marketing Operations or similar marketing role with analytic tool experience
    • Proven experience within Marketing Operations using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo
    • Experience working with Salesforce integrations and custom objects
    • Understanding of Segment and Amplitude.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional work environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with emerging trends in marketing technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
