Maintain a consistent, pleasant, customer service-oriented image to customers.

Providing accurate and dependable stock work, properly counting, stocking, facing, cleaning, and organizing the store.

Maintain sufficient stock levels and good quality products.

Maintain the appearance of the sales floor and stock areas.

Create merchandise displays to improve sales and ease of shopping.

Complete training including, but not limited to product knowledge, location knowledge, and computer knowledge.

Help keep the store clean.

Place orders for special order or non-stock merchandise; maintenance and follow-up of these records and timely notifications of store personnel and customers.

Stock, face, back stock, and re-order for their department.

Other tasks as assigned by store management.

**Requirements**

High school diploma or equivalent

Construction or building material experience preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to climb up and down ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, lift up to 100 lbs., handle large odd shaped items, and stock items in overhead areas

Able to accurately count and distinguish between merchandise within the store.

Results-oriented with ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nations Bests values.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible.

Strong interpersonal skills with willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills.
