- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee and manage daily nursing operations.
- Assume the role of Nurse Manager, providing leadership to nursing staff within a specific unit.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
- Provide support and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- On call, but NO staffing is needed. (We have a separate staffing team to handle needs)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing unit management processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
