    LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a client that manages commercial and residential home development in Florida to find a Sales Director. The ideal candidate will be a mentor, servant leader, provide training and development and support the current sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages team work objectives and monitors progress. Creates and delivers sales manager performance reviews. Assists sales managers with the hourly administrative performance review process. Reinforces corporate expectations for performance, behaviors, and mindsets.
    • Actively participates in development and role-out of new processes and monitors, train and measures compliance. Ensure member of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
    • Attends and contributes to select leadership meetings not limited to business plan review, focus group and marketing.
    • Mentors, coaches and inspires by identifying performance gaps and training needs. Helps to develop performance and training plans. Oversees the work of the sales managers and team and assures the adherence to customer satisfaction and sales goals.
    • Monitors that the sales to permit process meets the required releases in the prescribed time frame.
    • Manages the sales office monthly staffing needs
    • Performs other related duties as assigned to include varied support to the Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing.
    • Develops a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
    • Controls expenses and monitors budgets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in BA or Communications, or equivalent experience
    • Real Estate License required
    • Must have minimum 10 years of new home sales leadership experience
    • Experience working with MS Suite
