    The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining the store's appearance.



    • Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service

    • Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions

    • Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions

    • Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
    • Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed
    • Follow all company policies and procedures including loss prevention
    • Assist with opening closing duties as required < li(Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager when necessary )< /l i >
      l Stay informed on new products sales & store promotions.< /i >


      The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills excellent problem-solving ability good organizational skills.

    e must be able to perform each duty responsibility satisfactorily . previous work experience dealing with retail sales general customer service preferred , basic knowledge of lumber building materials hardware merchandise beneficial departmental expertise desired Able-bodied individuals are encouraged to apply.< br/ >
