- Repair and PM industrial equipment
- Inspect and communicate condition for machinery per PM
- Adhere to Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy
- Inventory tool supply and maintain shop cleanness
- Provide leadership to machine operators as needed
- Metal fabrication using cutting torch, welder, and other power tools
- Ensure compliance with OSHA procedures and practices
- Complete paperwork on work orders and PM checklists recording all repairs and any parts used
- Perform safety inspections on machine guarding, fire prevention equipment, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Industrial Maintenance experience (preferred)
- Welding experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proven success delivering results through people.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels of the organization
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical issues
- Mechanical Aptitude is a must
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred not required

*POSITION SUMMARY:
You will learn and then you and your team be responsible for providing the day-to-day preventive maintenance, repair, and fabrication necessary to maintain facility manufacturing machinery including conveyors, grinders, shredders, screeners, and etc.
You must have the ability to understand mechanical\\electrical and technical repair manuals. Performs other maintenance duties as required to promote overall plant safe production.*KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

_*$3,000 - Sign on Bonus *_with a payout as follows:
$500 - paid following 90 days active employment
$1, 000 - paid following 180 days active employment
$1,500 - paid following 365 days active employment
