Skilled Nursing Facility Location:
Burlington, VT Schedule: Full-time, 8 & 12 hour shifts across day, evening & overnight available Pay: $19 - $29/hr depending on experience plus various shift differentials and a $9,000 sign on bonus The LNAs duties to include but not be limited to:

• Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) provide personal and nursing care to meet the physical and emotional needs of residents in our skilled nursing facility.
• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
• Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected residents plans of care and documents restorative services provided.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• State specific licensing is required
• Vermont.

Valid certification as a LNA in Vermont. This position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
