    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth program transition from development to operations by organizing resources, defining standards, and coordinating staff activities.
    • Collaborate with program engineers and experts to devise effective technical strategies.
    • Provide leadership to ensure program execution aligns with budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
    • Manage subcontracting and partnerships as Program Lead Deputy.
    • Monitor program progress and develop readiness plans for operational success.
    • Engage with customers to assess program readiness for operations.
    • Communicate program updates to senior management and support follow-on opportunities.
    • Coordinate with various teams for seamless program integration and innovation

    Required Skills:

    • Hold a Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.
    D

    in engineering, science, or a related field with over 10 years of experience in aerospace systems, including ground and space segments.


    • Skilled in creating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and Wrike, managing budgets exceeding $10M, and overseeing large sub-contracts.
    • Familiarity with Earned Value Management and DoD Contracting/Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is advantageous.
    • Possess technical expertise, program management skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
    • Understanding of Change Control processes and experience with U.S
    DoD acquisition programs, risk management, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), and MS Project is desirable.

    • Experienced in translating complex concepts and managing subcontracts, bids, proposals, and hardware suppliers
