You Have

• 6+ years of experience with engineering on a DoD, National Security, or Aerospace program
• 3+ years of experience in engineering design
• 1+ years of experience with leading engineering teams or engineering projects
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition and systems engineering processes
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
• Ability to obtain a DoD IAT Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, or SSCPSC Certification within 30 days of hire date

Nice If You Have

• Master\'s degree in Engineering, Science or Technology
• INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification

Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\'s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\'s total compensation package for employees.
