Job DescriptionDescription

Ensure orders are prepared with the correctly
Organize order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays
Collaborate with the culinary team
Inspect dishes after delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature after sending them out to guests
Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests
Addresses food/beverage or service related guest issues
Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
Support bussers/servers
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
Knowledge of menu items and service as well as overall restaurant operations
Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

Two years high volume table-service dining required
