- Consistently follow the La-Z-Boy sales process to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the features and benefits of our current and new product lines.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate when necessary.
- Promote the in-home design program.
- Optimize store promotions, marketing strategies, and grassroots initiatives.
- Collaborate with support teams to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure the correct implementation of existing and new systems and administrative procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication abilities, and customer service skills.
- Other: Flexible availability to work as per business requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in various technology tools and software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

Job Description Overview
This role is focused on surpassing sales and operational targets, providing an outstanding customer experience through the La-Z-Boy sales process, and leading the in-home design initiative. With a deep understanding of our product range, this position aims to optimize store promotions and marketing campaigns, while collaborating with support teams to ensure operational efficiency.

This role plays a crucial part in the financial success of the store, operational effectiveness, and the overall customer experience and reputation within the community. The position reports to the Store Manager of the assigned location with indirect influence on the sales team.
