    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney. As a licensed practitioner with 5-8+ years of solid experience in Family Law, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in various family-related legal matters. Your expertise in divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family law issues will be essential in providing top-notch legal services to clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in Family Law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and adoption matters.
    • Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases.
    • Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
    • Attend hearings, trials, and mediation proceedings as needed.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active and in-good-standing New Mexico State Bar license.
    • 5-8+ years of experience practicing Family Law.
    • Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
