    We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join the API Engineering team at Worldpay. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH, and aligned to the Worldpay University Program; a two-year program, suited to entry-level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading payments company.

    About The Team

    The Worldpay API Engineering team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join an amazing team working on financial technology solutions, who are passionate about transforming the way the world pays and banks.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Define, maintain & prioritize backlog (epic/features/user stories) to guide the agile software development team.
    • Ability to draft & define appropriately detailed specifications for the product features, so they are clearly understood by the development & QA teams.
    • Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
    • Ensure the team focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
    • Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
    • Creates Sprint Release Plans with Scrum Master, project managers & development teams.
    • Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested.
    • Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
    • Ability to review API specs and assess fit with long-term product goals
    • Helps prepare/guide technical writers to product documentation
    • Able to put together business process/developer experience flows

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant field of study
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well independently and within a team

    Bonus If You Have

    • Banking or Financial Background.
    • Knowledge or understanding of the Payment Processing system
