- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) with DEKRA automotive group, training teams and instructional Designers to support sales, create and facilitate training through an application of EV product and technical information
- Use a comprehensive technical knowledge of the Electric Vehicle technology to conduct in-dealership and customer training
- Create and maintain training schedules and assessments, including interface with IT and LMS
- Prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed and future training
- Automotive or manufacturing industry experience specifically with electric vehicle technology
- Experience in facilitation presentation and coaching others in technical course content
- A passion for demonstrating and presenting vehicle product information to dealer personnel
- Computer literacy, time management and scheduling skills
- Must be able to work in a variety of client locations, environments, and conditions This may include climbing stairs, walking long distances, walking on rough and uneven terrain, walking through client work facilities, working in heat/cold conditions, indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to accommodate working various shifts as client activities are scheduled
- Must be able to withstand the rigors of extensive travel
- May require difficult travel and long periods of driving
- Ability to move and conduct work with full range of motion
- Ability to lift 25-50lbs (luggage)
- Extended periods of computer-based work
- Extended periods of standing
- Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 50%

The EV Technical Trainer will be responsible for effectively establishing credibility with customers through training delivery and facilitation specific to High Voltage Safety in working on or around Electric Vehicles.
