    Position Summary:
    This is a high-impact Executive Assistant role supporting four members of Bonduelle Americas' Executive Leadership Team. You are not just providing administrative support - you are enabling leadership performance.
    You will act as a trusted partner and seamless extension of the executives you support, helping them operate at peak effectiveness by protecting their time, anticipating needs, driving follow-through, and bringing structure to complex, fast-moving priorities.
    This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and executive presence. You will work independently, move quickly, and thrive in an environment where priorities evolve and expectations are high. You naturally see what needs to happen next and take pride in keeping senior leaders focused on what matters most.
    You will work closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and consistent standards of support across the leadership team.
    What You'll Do:
    Partner with Executive Leaders
    • Support 3–4 executive leaders by managing priorities, calendars, and communication flow with confidence and discretion
    • Manage complex, executive-level calendars across internal and external stakeholders
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries and logistics
    • Anticipate meeting needs, prepare materials, and ensure leaders are fully prepared
    • Track action items, commitments, and deliverables; drive follow-through and closure
    • Coordinate and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness
    • Act as a professional and diplomatic liaison with Bonduelle executives, customers, and external partners
    Enable Leadership Effectiveness
    • Organize and execute leadership meetings, staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and team events
    • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and consistent support standards
    • Streamline processes and workflows to improve efficiency in planning, reporting, and communication
    • Effectively coordinate with business units, distributed teams, and across multiple time zones
    Support the Organization
    • Build strong relationships across the organization, serving as a reliable and responsive partner to internal teams
    • Contribute to a high-performing executive support culture built on trust, responsiveness, and excellence
    Who You Are:
    • Experience: years supporting senior leaders, ideally including executive or C-suite teams
    • Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously in fast-paced environments
    • Polished: Strong executive presence with clear, confident, and professional communication
    • Organized: Exceptional attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and dependable follow-through
    • Trusted: Impeccable judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
    • Proactive: You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and bring solutions—not just issues
    • Adaptable: Calm, composed, and effective in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft365
    • Advanced experience with complex calendar management
    • Domestic and international travel coordination
    • Expense reporting and reconciliation Executive-level meeting and event planning
