We are currently seeking **Ecommerce Customer Experience Representative** to join our team of outstanding employees
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Assist in responding to all customer inquiries across numerous brands
Provide accurate product information, including order lead times, availability, pricing, and all other customer needs
Use our company database to ensure all customer orders have been fulfilled
Problem solve any order/item discrepancies based on customer inquiries
Follow up with customers to provide updates on order status
Become knowledgeable about company products to better assist customers
Provide continued, stellar customer service and support to existing customers, with the end-goal of WOWing everyone you come into contact with.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Passionate about customer service. You love providing customers an amazing experience with every point of contact.
Organized and detail-oriented. You will be working within efficient systems and be expected to precisely execute our processes, while also contributing to improving those processes.
Possess the ability to multi-task in a hectic role, while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across all open items.
Well versed in pop culture to identify with current trends and lifestyle brands which Bioworld represents
Previous customer service experience (eCommerce preferred)
Will enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
Strong communication skills needed, both verbal and written
Basic PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or communications, is preferred.
**BUSINESS HOURS**
Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm, or as needed to meet business goals and objectives. Flexible and able to work the hours needed to get the job done.
