- Maintain study program and metrics to show compliance and track progress. (approx.. 500 studies)
- Track and report quarterly/yearly budgetary projections and spend for electrical studies
- Organize and maintain all electrical studies for ADM NA (North America) locations
- Build electrical study scope packages, review proposals, generate POs (purchase orders) for engineering contractors
- Manage engineering contractors by assigning locations, training, and ensuring contractors meet IEEE and ADM standards. Review all deliverables and submit feedback as required
- Maintain and keep electrical study program updated to current IEEE guidelines. Program consists of software standards and reporting guidelines
- Communicate frequently with BU (business unit) leadership and local management regarding electrical studies
- Provide engineering support for assistance in remediation project work
- Assist with developing, documenting, and continuous improving of electrical safety program
- Manage SKM power systems software annual license agreement and ensure license keys are up to date and network keys remain active for remote users

- Working knowledge of common electrical systems drawings and documentation, such as electrical plans and elevations, conduit and cable schedules, one-line diagrams, MCC and switchgear layouts and details, electrical panel schedules, wiring and motor-control diagrams, schematics, P&IDs, lighting plans, specification sheets, and motor lists
- Strong understanding of time current curves and coordination analysis
- Knowledge of the NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, ANSI, IEEE 1584, and OSHA requirements in relation to electrical power systems studies
- Experience using written and verbal communication skills effectively in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with the use of SKM PowerTools software
- BSEE, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license is preferred but not required
