    Travel RN – Med/Surg Telemetry (Day Shift)

    Location: Crescent City, CA
    Pay: $2,611/week
    Contract Length: 13 weeks
    Shift: Day | 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Job Description

    Seeking a Travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. Provide high-quality care for adult and pediatric patients with cardiac, respiratory, post-surgical, and chronic conditions.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage telemetry patients (1:5 ratio)
    • Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias, respond to emergencies
    • Administer IV therapy, blood products, medications
    • Care for patients with CVA, CHF, COPD, diabetes, sepsis, pneumonia, and post-surgical needs
    • Provide wound care, feeding tube care, and respiratory support (HFNC, CPAP/BiPAP)
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, RT, pharmacy, and rapid response

    Requirements

    • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CA RN License
    • Experience: 2+ years Med/Surg/Telemetry
    • Weekend coverage: Every other weekend
    • Charting: Epic
