    LPN Facility Staff Nurse

    We have part time, full time, and per diem availability for LPN's. All shifts are available, and we would like to work with you

    We have immediate needs for Facility Staffing in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

    Requirements:

    • Promote quality of life through nursing care based on the needs of the residents and their individual plan of cares.
    • Provide direct hands-on care to residents including administering medications & treatments per MD Orders.

    Qualifications:

    • Current New York State RN or LPN license
    • Minimum (1) year recent and verifiable experience with home care agency
    • Willing to meet with and speak with patients, their family, and their medical professionals to develop, update and maintain proper care plan
    • Strong assessment and organizational skills
    • Prior supervisory experience with field staff, experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management
    • Demonstrated successful track record of working independently
