Gpac is partnered with one of the top community banks in the market that is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to their team

Job Responsibilities:

• Makes and services commercial loans.

• Interviews applicants to develop information regarding their business, lending needs, earnings and creditworthiness.

• Approves/rejects loans within lending authority.

• Maintains customer relationships throughout the loan process

• May provide financial advice and counsel to customers

• Operates with the highest lending authority and works independently

• Often provide guidance and training to more junior lenders and may function as a team leader

• Capable of functioning in a high level, fast paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent

• Three or more years of commercial lending experience or 10 years of banking experience.

• Excellent negotiator who possesses strong closing skills

• Have knowledge of current lending laws

• Excellent communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization

• Ability to exercise patience with clients

• Meeting with clients at various destinations
